The ISO-K flange stainless steel formed bellows is used to connect the fore-vacuum pipeline
or the port of a simple HV chamber in a high-vacuum system environment.
It is hydraulically formed from thin-walled high-purity stainless steel of 304 or 316L material.
The wall thickness options are 0.15 (for formed bellows) and 0.2 (for ordinary metal hoses).
When the usage environment has large vibrations, a short length (≤500mm), large displacement,
and a small installation bending radius, it is recommended to choose the formed bellows.
When the usage environment has small vibrations and a long length (≥500mm), it is recommended
to choose the ordinary metal hose.
It can be bent and compressed, and can absorb high-frequency vibrations. While ensuring sealing,
it can follow the axial movement of the equipment. It can absorb angular and lateral displacements
in the pipeline and reduce the stress caused by piping errors.
It can be applied to high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum systems. The applicable temperature range is HV≤200℃ and UHV≤450℃.
