The CF flange stainless steel formed bellows is used to connect the fore-vacuum pipeline or the port of
a simple UHV chamber in a high-vacuum system environment.
It is hydraulically formed from thin-walled high-purity stainless steel of 304 or 316L materials.
The wall thickness options are 0.15 (for the formed bellows) and 0.2 (for the ordinary metal hose).
When the operating environment has large vibrations, a short length (≤500mm), large displacement,
and a small installation bending radius, it is recommended to choose the formed bellows.
When the operating environment has small vibrations and a relatively long length (≥500mm),
it is advisable to select the ordinary metal hose.It can be bent and compressed,
and is capable of absorbing high-frequency vibrations.
While ensuring a seal, it can move axially along with the equipment.
It can absorb angular and lateral displacements in the pipeline and reduce the stress caused by piping errors.
It can be applied to high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum systems.
The temperature limits are HV ≤ 200°C and UHV ≤ 450°C.Non-standard customization is acceptable.
