R-type Vacuum Thermocouple with KF Flange

Designed for high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum applications that require temperature measurement, to transmit the electromotive force (EMF) of the thermocouple through the vacuum chamber to the equipment.
The positive wire is made of copper, and the negative wire is made of Alloy 11 (R-type extension wire).
The temperature measurement range is between 0°C and 1,540°C.
Number of conductor pairs: 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5
Flange installation options: KF16, KF25, KF40, KF50
Vacuum level: 1×10⁻⁸ Torr

The marked technical parameters are subject to various conditions, such as material properties, mechanical design, and operating environment. All electrical ratings are based on the operation with one side in a dry atmospheric environment and the other side in a vacuum environment with a pressure less than 1×10⁻⁴ Torr.
