Designed for high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum applications where power and temperature measurement are required.
A K-type thermocouple feedthrough with power leads is used to transmit the electromotive force (EMF) of the thermocouple through the vacuum chamber and supply power to the equipment.
The positive wire is made of Chromel™, and the negative wire is made of aluminum.
The temperature measurement range is between -184°C and 1260°C.
Number of conductor pairs: 2, 3, 5, 10
Flange installation: CF16, CF35
Vacuum degree: 1×10⁻¹⁰ Torr
Both 2D and 3D models are available. Non-standard customization is accepted. If you have any requirements, you can consult our sales engineers.
Remarks:
The marked technical parameters are subject to various constraints, such as material properties, mechanical design, and operating environment. All electrical ratings are based on the operation with one side in a dry atmospheric environment and the other side in a vacuum environment with a pressure less than 1×10⁻⁴ Torr. All 3D models and any dimensions shown or listed in our catalog do not include manufacturing tolerances and are for reference only.
