K-type Vacuum Thermocouple with CF Flange

Designed for high-vacuum and ultra-high-vacuum applications that require power and temperature measurement.
A K-type thermocouple feedthrough with power leads is used to transmit the electromotive force (EMF) of the thermocouple through the vacuum chamber.
The positive wire is made of Chromel™, and the negative wire is made of aluminum.
The temperature measurement range is between -184°C and 1260°C.
Number of conductor pairs: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
Flange installation: CF16, CF35
Vacuum degree: 1×10⁻¹⁰ Torr
